What we make

Visible outer panels are our focus — large curved parts where surface finish alone decides whether the piece passes.

Agricultural machinery parts

Tractor exterior parts are our main line. Large, deeply curved panels such as hoods and fenders are press-formed, then welded and finished in-house.

Where we are strong

From 1,500 tons down to 150

Hydraulic deep-drawing presses for large single-stroke panels, compact presses for small parts — the process is built around the part, not the other way round.

Robotic and manual welding together

Robotic welding gives throughput and uniform quality; skilled welders cover the joints robots cannot reach.

One plant, one flow

Shearing, forming, welding, finishing and inspection run in sequence on the same site. Nothing leaves mid-process, which keeps delivery dates.

How a part is made

Eight steps from incoming steel to finished goods.

  1. Incoming material1

    Incoming material

Cold-rolled steel is received, checked for grade and thickness, and registered.

  2. Shearing2

    Shearing

Sheets are cut to working size, nested to keep offcuts low.

  3. Forming (1–4 stages)3

    Forming (1–4 stages)

Shapes are pressed. Depending on the part, forming is split across up to four stages.

  4. Welding4

    Welding

Robotic welding does the bulk; skilled welders finish joints the robots cannot reach.

  5. Finishing5

    Finishing

Back beads and defects from welding are ground away. Paint quality is decided here.

  6. Inspection6

    Inspection

Dimensions and appearance are checked. Only passed parts move on.

  7. Painting7

    Painting

Handled by partner painting shops. Colour and film follow customer specification.

  8. Shipping8

    Shipping

Packed to quantity and dispatched with a delivery statement.
