Quality and certification
We hold ten certifications, including the international standards for quality management and occupational safety. Drawing revisions and 4M changes are recorded in our own system.
Core certifications
KS Q ISO 9001:2015, certified March 2024. Parts are made to defined procedures from incoming material through to shipping, and the records are kept.
KS Q ISO 45001:2018, certified March 2024. With presses and welding on the floor, worker safety is managed as its own system.

Inspection
An exterior part with correct dimensions is still rejected if the surface is poor, so we check both.
- Dimensional inspection against drawing tolerances
- Visual inspection — weld back beads, dents, scratches
- In-process checks after forming and after welding
- Final check of quantity and condition before shipping
Drawing revision and 4M change control
It must be possible to tell later which drawing revision a part was built from. Revision history and 4M changes are logged in our internal system, and only current drawings reach the shop floor.
